Urology Surgery Locum: Durango, Colorado (CO)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Urology Surgery/Physician to work locum shifts in Durango, Colorado (CO). Starting in late July 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Urology Surgery role (M-F 8-5p only):
Inpatient/Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Trauma Level III
EMR: EPIC (MUST complete experience questionnaire).
OR time for various procedures
Average daily patients seen: 6-12.
Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
Seeing Clinic patients, and general urology surgeries. OR time for various cases.
*Updated criteria - specify whether or not there is a strength in robotics. Client will accept both.

Requirements of the Urology role:
CO state license; active, unrestricted; CO DEA.
Caveat: Can meet July start with clean Malpractice and CO License (in-hand).
Board certified Urology, with BLS
Level III Trauma experience or equivalent. May transfer complex cases to higher-level trauma centers.
Critical Dates Needed July - December 2025! *** Will offer and credential quickly!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p, 1-hour unpaid lunch (onsite).
