Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, on call hours as required.

Location: Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Employee shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property.
- Employee shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology (ABU)
- Active BLS
- Active ACLS
- Active NPI
- Active DEA
- Should be comfortable with on call requirements.
