Vascular Surgery NP/PA Needed in Oregon
Start Date: July 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: 12 hour shifts – We are looking for a locum who is able to fill in our gaps where needed. We will try to schedule 4-7 shifts in a row since most locums travel, but we cannot guarantee it so candidates need to be open to this.
Currently, our gaps in the schedule are:
July 21st- 24th 7am-7pm
August 4th-7th 7am-7pm
September 1st-4th 7am-7pm
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both? Both
Call requirement: Yes
Rounding, admissions, or none? None
Patient demographics: Adults
EMR: EPIC experience required

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
Active OR License
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
