✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
✔️ Certification preferred (CST or CORST).
✔️ Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center OR adult OR setting.
✔️ Proficient in aseptic techniques, OR protocols, and EMR systems (EPIC preferred).
✔️ Detail-oriented and calm under pressure.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
✔️ Maintain sterile fields and uphold strict OR safety protocols.
✔️ Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
✔️ Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams for smooth operations.
